Traditional Greek meets modern day luxury. Villa Paramonas is a very beautiful, large (230sqm), single-booking (10 person) holiday villa located directly on the Ionian seashore at Paramonas beach. The villa is designed with space, light, luxury and privacy in mind. It is a very grand, gated, private property on 2 levels with 5 large, comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, bedroom Jacuzzi’s and sea view balconies – each level has direct ground level access. All of the balconies have a sea view of Paramonas Corfu.
Lower Level: Kitchen & dining room: fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer and large dining table. Open living room: comfortable and very spacious, a palatial living area with two sofas & lounge chair, satellite TV and PlayStation. Patio doors to gated parking area and pool (the pool area can be accessed from either side of the villa). Office corner: telephone, computer and desk. WIFI and LAN. WC: toilet, sink and washing machine. Twin bedroom: two single beds, en-suite shower & toilet, wardrobe and patio doors. King Size Suite: stylish, private, front terrace with bamboo style table and chairs, sea and pool views. Super king size bed set on a traditional stone base, open jacuzzi, sink, wardrobe, dressing table, separate WC, satellite TV, home cinema, surround sound, mood lighting and air conditioning.
Upper Level:Master bedroom: large open corner jacuzzi with an amazing sea view overlooking the pool, private balcony with mountain and sea views, double bed set on a traditional stone base, wardrobe, dressing table, WC & shower room with hairdryer, air conditioning, TV. Double bedroom: private balcony with mountain and sea views, double bed set on a traditional stone base, wardrobe, TV, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and hair dryer, air conditioning. Twin bedroom: private balcony with mountain and sea views, two single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning. Hallway: outside door with steps down to gated parking area and pool.
Outside and Pool Area: Poolside bar, kitchen & BBQ area: a large outside kitchen and poolside bar area. Centre island work surface surrounded by a large brick BBQ, fridge freezer, cooking hob, sink, dishwasher, ice maker, water cooler/dispenser, filter coffee machine, kettle, frappe whisk, toaster, sandwich toaster. Pool area: outside shower & toilet room, large dining table, table tennis, double swing, sheltered jacuzzi. Outdoor pool: an 88sqm, walk around, swimming pool with child’s pool area. Scattered with sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas and a hammock, tastefully decorated, with serene sea and mountain views.
